The Braintree Podiatry and Chiropody practice was established in 1980. It was taken over by
Ann Brummitt in 1986 moving to the present location in 1995.The practice was joined by
Allison Shoulders in 1997.  The practice covers a large  range of podiatric treatments (See below)

Most medical insurance companies, including BUPA, WPA, Cigna, Prudential & HSA will cover  podiatry treatment - but please ask your provider prior to any treatment.

We stock a range of ready made  insoles and orthotics (orthoses) and undertake the prescription and manufacture of state of the art  custom made orthotics.
We also undertake skin and nail surgery, as well as Injection therapy, which can be used to treat and alleviate pain in the foot or can refer you to more specialist in house services when necessary.
